The average list price in most neighbors have remained consistent over the last quarter.

 

The demand for homes in Fort Lupton has increased. Homes entering the market, that are priced right are sold almost overnight. The number of listings has remained consistent over the last quarter, as a home is sold, one is listed. The home value is up here in the last quarter and seeing them increasing as we move forward. This meaning for a home buyer you need to be very proactive and available to view a property shortly after it comes on the market.

 

This is a hot community with more and more buyers seeking this community. It is definitely the right time for a seller to list their home and get a very nice price for it.

 

The market will stay study with not much movement in either direction for the next few months.

 

Normal this is a slow time but the market is telling us differently this year. There are definitely more buyer than there are sellers. It’s a great time to list your home. Interest rates are great and most Buyers are fully qualified.
